Marketing Coordinator

Monomyth is looking to grow our talented team of creative and marketing professionals with a full-time Marketing Coordinator. Our ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across a spectrum of outlets and mediums. The coordinator should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing, and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.

This candidate likes a challenge, thinks critically, communicates clearly and often, and manages competing priorities smoothly. They are experienced in spearheading and presenting thoughtful, relevant marketing strategies tailored to our clients' individual needs.

This full-time position has a starting salary of $65,000-75,000 depending on experience and ability.


  • Undertake industry-specific market research for a variety of clients
  • Understand the trends and customer preferences for each market
  • Propose and implement marketing strategies while overseeing the creation of marketing materials and content with our creative team
  • Communicating with clients and internal team on a daily basis
  • Brainstorm innovative ideas that would lead to client growth
  • Analyze current strategies and pivot to a new strategies as needed
  • Work with the Operations Assistant to ensure deadlines are being met
